COVID-19 Coronavirus Protocol

UPDATE - 11th January 2021

We are open for business and have put measures in place to protect the health of our staff and customers:

Face coverings are required when dropping off and collecting your console. Please ensure that both your mouth and nose are covered. You must wear your face covering at all times when inside our workshop AND when inside other parts of the building.

Only ONE person will be allowed to enter the building to drop off and collect the console. If you are making the journey with other household members then they must wait outside the building.

We are trying to time drop offs and pickups so that there is only one customer in the workshop at a time, but this is not always possible. If there is another customer in the workshop when you arrive, it is very important that you stay at least 2 metres apart at all times.

Most repairs can be completed within 90 minutes (additional fees apply, first come first serve) but you will NOT be allowed to wait in the workshop while your repair is completed. You will receive at txt message once your repair has been completed to let you know it is ready for collection.

Before returning your console to you, we will thoroughly wipe it down with anti-viral wipes.

These protocols are in place to protect both YOUR health and OUR health. Compliance is NOT optional.

For the vast majority of repairs, our standard service is next day! You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection the following day. We also offer a 90 minute repair service for an additional fee (first come first serve).


We give a 6 month guarantee on all repairs! We also offer FREE inspection and if we can't fix your console, there is no charge at all!
