COVID-19 Coronavirus Protocol

We are open for business and have put measures in place to protect the health of our staff and customers:

Upon arriving at our workshop, you will be asked to use the provided hand sanitiser and wipe down your console with the provided wipes. We will do the same once your repair has been completed.

Only ONE person will be allowed to enter the building to drop off and collect the console. If you are making the journey with other household members then they must wait outside the building.

We are trying to time drop offs and pickups so that there is only one customer in the workshop at a time, but this is not always possible. If there is another customer in the workshop when you arrive, it is very important that you stay at least 2 metres apart at all times.

Most repairs can be completed within 90 minutes (appointment required) but you will NOT be allowed to wait in the workshop while your repair is completed. You will receive at txt message once your repair has been completed to let you know it is ready for collection.

These protocols are in place to protect both YOUR health and OUR health. Compliance is NOT optional.
