Went in and my PlayStation was diagnosed immediately with a cracked heatsink. 24 hours later it was repaired to an exceptional standard. Service was quick and easy to follow with lots of communication along the way. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their console fixed

I must admit I was quite nervous on taking my PlayStation 5 for repair but it was definitely necessary. I had many issues with the heat and then my PlayStation going into recovery mode and switching off. I was really impressed by the professional service. My PlayStation has been restored and it’s definitely something worth doing these guys are legit and have great experience. I wanted to wait sometime before I leave a review. I can tell you this now PlayStation sounds exactly how it did when I bought it brand-new on release day. If I have any issues with any other consoles, I’m definitely taking it to these guys. Highly recommended they working really professionally I took my ps5 hdmi socket was not working and they forgot to put one screw back I called them; very next day they take it back my ps done straight away and refund £10 as a apologies

Took my dual sense edge controller in after breaking the touch pad and ribbon cable, was worried I’d have to get a new controller but the great staff was able to replace the touchpad, cable and find some issues I didn’t know I had like a crushed mute button and missing screws with a deep clean and had my controller back to me with 2 hours just before closing Great customer services and friendly staff, would always take any issues I have to them

Initially came in looking to get my PS5 deep cleaned as it kept overheating fairly often - took it on-site where they diagnosed that it was due to a faulty heatsink. I received an explanation and they showed me how the heatsink pipes might’ve cracked. I really appreciated this as it helped to give me a clearer picture of what had happened and also how they intend to repair the issue. They were friendly and answered all my questions professionally - I recommend these guys and would go back to them again for any of my console issues ! I’d like to give a big thank you to Tariq who helped me throughout the whole thing.

Tariq did an amazing job. I decided to upgrade my steam deck sticks to Hall effect and clicky buttons, it went ok to begin with but the misalignment meant I kept opening and closing the unit and created a few issues I couldn’t figure out and also created some minor damage. I also broke two sd cards from constantly trying to figure out how to fix the issue. Tariq diagnosed all the faults and fixed them for a great price in less than 24 hours which was just incredible and I couldn’t be happier with the repair. I definitely recommend this service and will be bringing all my modding requirements to this establishment.

I had a Ps5 controller that developed the usual stick drift problem, wanted to fix and upgrade the analog sticks, really good pricing points in all fairness, for the work done, even better I was able to go to the establishment and drop it off and pick it off compared to other companies that require to send it in the post, dragging out the time scale of it all. It was a 24 hour repair, but they called a couple hours earlier to say it was done early! I have zero complaints, value the service received and already considering further upgrades in the future. Just to help with peoples confusion if visiting, the Google maps photo shows a red door, there's nothing to advertise the business on the footpath or on the building, you need to go through the red door, left and lift up 1 floor or stairs 1 floor, left down the corridor and it be on your left(I say this because it took me 15 minutes to realize the way in is as described push don't pull the red door) if the red door is locked and there's no staff, best bet is to call them.

PS4 issues. Proper customer service and know their stuff and seem to have a weird system in place where their pricing is actually reasonable and they only charge when they feel appropriate to do so. Fair, professional and good at what they do. Good combination. Highly recommended.

The PlayStation 5's disc drive gave out for some reason and when looking across town for firms who would do the repairs, there were not that many. Took a chance on this company and I was very glad I did. Despite travelling across town on the tube to reach them, not only did they fix the issue, they did it in no time at all. I paid for 90 minutes turnaround as didn't want to go back the next day and it was less time than that even! Plugged back in the PS5, and every disc works again as expected. They explained although they do charge more than others they will use the proper orginal disc laser assembly and drives for repairs wheras others cheapen out. Top class service, happy to recommend to all.

Absolutely stunning work. Fast professional and constantly kept me updated. I wanted to wait a while before making a review to see if the repairs lasted and it was amazing. I came in for an ethernet port fix and the kind gentleman not only fixed my ethernet port but was kind enough to spot and issue with my HDMI and fix it for free. He also cleaned my PS5 amazingly no more overheating or heating issues. This place is amazing an deserves all the hype. Im more than please with his work, he also adviced me on how to maintain the issue, what caused it and how their fix stops it. Great customer service! Thanks again dude 🙏🏾

No complaints, my son's PS5 kept switching off in the middle of playing, young guy took my son's PS5 and did a deep clean to fix overheating, got it back the same day, it's been two days and there have been no problems with the PS5 so far. It also comes with a 12 month warranty so happy with the service.

One morning, after I cleaned up the Xbox area, the HDMI port was a bit damaged, the pins were broken. I googled it and found this repair shop, it has real good rating and the price is very transparent. I WhatsApped them before I went, the communication was smooth. Follow google map, then you’ll find yourself at Stratford workshops, a converted co working space. The repair shop is in one of the units, one level up and follow the sign, walk through the corridor, you’ll find the sign. It isn’t a very big shopfront, it is a rather compact unit. There are many tools and a couple of PS5 consoles on the desk waiting to be fixed. The repair guy greeted us, not overly enthusiastic but very polite and professional. He seemed to know what he was doing. The price was £79 as of late May 2026, we paid extra £25 to get it fixed within the same day. The guy rang us and let us know when the machine was fixed. Upon collection, he showed us that the Xbox was working. We paid at collection total £104. Very professional workman and shop. Will recommend.

I took my Steam Deck in after experiencing a lot of problems following a poor shell replacement carried out elsewhere. From the moment I arrived the technician was able to identify several issues just by inspecting the device. I requested the same day fix service which was only £20. After a few hours I received a call explaining exactly what he had found. He was able to identify all of the issues both internally and externally and clearly explained the damage and what would be required to repair it. Unfortunately some parts had been damaged and would need replacing. He provided a realistic estimate of the repair costs and the time it would take to order the necessary parts. Although the Steam Deck couldn't be repaired on the same day I was extremely impressed with the quality of the diagnosis. Because the repair couldn't be completed that day I wasn't charged anything. I was extremely happy with the service and will definitely go there again for and console issues.
