Console Repair London Ltd is a game console repair centre located in Stratford, London. We offer a wide range of console repairs, including PlayStation repairs (PS5, PS4, and PS3), XBOX repairs and Nintendo repairs.
We have been fixing consoles for over 10 years and in that time we have successfully repaired many thousands of devices. Our extensive experience allows us to quickly diagnose and repair issues and we can usually get your console back to you within 90 minutes (additional fees apply, first-come, first-served).
All of our work is fully guaranteed for 12 months. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If the console is not repairable then you will receive a full refund.
We offer FREE inspection on all consoles and if we can't repair it, you pay absolutely nothing! We operate with a No Fix No Fee policy so we don't charge customers unless their console has been successfully repaired. Please give us a call and let us know how we can help you!

Super Quick
We offer two turn-around options. Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. We also offer a 90 minute repair service for a small additional fee (first-come, first-served).

What an experience. Traveled longer way to get my PS5 repaired and what excellent choice I made. Tariq is a Gentleman and a scholar. What he promised he delivered, kept me up to date with all the progress and as repair was delicate and required more time he stayed 2 extra hours after the closing time to finish the job. What a dedication to the customers. All I can say thank you and if I need repair in the future, I know where to go.

I got my ps4 thermal paste replaced a few months back, im here to tell you everything is still working fine, he did tell me they had dried up, plus my fan speed and noise has dramaticly reduced, ps4 is staying cool.

I was pancaking as I had broken my PlayStation portal and I heard or was quite difficult to fix. I contacted Consle Repaid on WhatsApp and they were very professional. I dropped my confoms late on Saturday and I was treated warmly. I got a call on Monday informing me that it was fixed and I don’t need to get my joysticks replaced as it was just not aligned after the fall . After having complete faith in the process so far I opted to get the sticks replaced . I picked it up an hour later and it was fully working . 10/10 experience

Tariq was really helpful and patient explaining the issue with my PS5, which began overheating and crashing while playing the new Call of Duty (a heatsink issue apparently). I had a fix within one working day on my original model PS5 and then paid for the extra clean, as he showed me there was more dust inside, which I couldn't access myself despite cleaning a few months before, so the issue was likely to happen again. He also installed my PS5 extended storage for free. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Console Repair London, we spoke about their service vs CEX, and I think this was better overall given the ability to ask questions in person, the quick turnaround, and some other mixed reviews I heard. Overall great service, thanks so much.

I was looking for a place to get my PS5 controller fixed and I found the right one, the service was quick (next day),they recommended getting the Hall Effect Sticks to avoid stick drift and no regrets, it feels like a brand new controller.

I went there recently to get my ps5 controller fixed and also get new sticks that will help not get stuck drift. The team heard my concerns took them into consideration and sorted the issue. I took my PS3 for repair because it had blu-ray laser failure and they fixed it up in no time. I would recommend going to Console Repair London for your console repairs. They're local, professional and will take care of your device. If I have issues with any of my consoles, PS3/PS4/PS5 etc, I'm going to them.
