Why Upgrade?
The RISE-4 back paddle kit adds 4 adressable back paddle buttons that are positioned in an easy to reach area, you can program these buttons for whatever you require.

How Does The Upgrade Work?
The upgrade works by using a smart micro-controller which hooks into different areas of the controller, allowing you to assign the back paddle keys to any button of your choice.

HHow Do We Install The Upgrade?
We begin the upgrade by testing the controller prior to ensure there are no faults, once it has passed our tests, we begin installation of the upgrade kit, once we have installed the upgrade kit, we test all functions to ensure that it is operating reliable manner.

12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.

Walk In Service
No booking or appointment is required. We're a walk-in service, and you're welcome to drop off your PS5 Controller during our opening hours.

Drop off your PS5 Controller for repair and collect your PS5 Controller after the repair in person.
Payment On Collection
Payment can be made by cash or card when you collect, you don't need to pay anything when you drop it off. You are welcome to test your device at our workshop before making payment.

Super Quick
We offer two turn-around options. Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. We also offer a 90 minute repair service for a small additional fee (first-come, first-served).

I had an overheating issue, which made my PS5 unusable. Luckily i found Console Repair London. Extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional. I paid for the 90 minute turnaround as i was in a rush, they had it done quicker than the 90 mins. Dropped the ps5 at 08:30 and was ready before 10am.
I have booted up the console at home and the issue has been resolved, also my ps5 is now silent again like when i first bought it.

Right I travelled across London to get my ps5 fixed, n imma be honest this man! This man is a legend he fixed my console in just under 90 mins and he told me what the issue was! I HIGHLY recommend this place especially since he has shown his knowledge and he's super friendly!

I took my PS3 for repair because it had blu-ray laser failure and they fixed it up in no time. I would recommend going to Console Repair London for your console repairs. They're local, professional and will take care of your device. If I have issues with any of my consoles, PS3/PS4/PS5 etc, I'm going to them.

When I dropped it off we had a chat were he recommended I get my PS5 serviced because it was very dusty....
So he nicely said if I Had service at the same time it will only cost £39 instead of £79
So £139 HDMI PORT AND SERVICE AND DONE IT IN 55 Minutes.
So drop ps5 off went cafe time I had breakfast and coffee call back was all done to pick it up... ( wile you wait )
