How Do We Install The Upgrade?
Our skilled technicians carefully disassemble your PS5 controller, remove the existing analogue sticks, and install the TMR hall effect sticks. We ensure that all components are properly aligned and tested to guarantee optimal functionality and performance after the upgrade.

90 Minutes
If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £15. This service is first-come, first-served.
Next Day
Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

For this repair you would need to bring your PS5 controller.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.

Walk In Service
No booking or appointment is required. We're a walk-in service, and you're welcome to drop off your PS5 Controller during our opening hours.
Drop Off And Collect In Person
Drop off your PS5 Controller for repair and collect your PS5 Controller after the repair in person.
Payment On Collection
Payment can be made by cash or card when you collect, you don't need to pay anything when you drop it off. You are welcome to test your device at our workshop before making payment.

I had an overheating issue, which made my PS5 unusable. Luckily i found Console Repair London. Extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional. I paid for the 90 minute turnaround as i was in a rush, they had it done quicker than the 90 mins. Dropped the ps5 at 08:30 and was ready before 10am.
I have booted up the console at home and the issue has been resolved, also my ps5 is now silent again like when i first bought it.

Right I travelled across London to get my ps5 fixed, n imma be honest this man! This man is a legend he fixed my console in just under 90 mins and he told me what the issue was! I HIGHLY recommend this place especially since he has shown his knowledge and he's super friendly!

When I dropped it off we had a chat were he recommended I get my PS5 serviced because it was very dusty....
So he nicely said if I Had service at the same time it will only cost £39 instead of £79
So £139 HDMI PORT AND SERVICE AND DONE IT IN 55 Minutes.
So drop ps5 off went cafe time I had breakfast and coffee call back was all done to pick it up... ( wile you wait )
