How Do We Fix It?

We perform a full diagnostic to identify short circuits or faulty ICs. Repairs may include ultrasonic cleaning, fuse replacement, or micro-soldering of surface-mount components.

90 Minutes

If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.

Next Day

Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

Can Take Longer

In some rare cases, this repair may exceed the estimated timeframe due to the complexity or severity of the fault.

For this repair you would need to bring your New Nintendo 3DS XL console.

12 month Guarantee

All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.

Full Check-up

We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.

Keep Your Game Saves.

This repair does not require us to wipe data on the New Nintendo 3DS internal storage. We also do not require the console to be formatted to perform our full range of comprehensive checks.

No Fix No Fee

If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.

Walk In Service

No booking or appointment is required. We're a walk-in service, and you're welcome to drop off your New Nintendo 3DS XL during our opening hours.

Drop Off And Collect In Person

Drop off your New Nintendo 3DS XL for repair and collect your New Nintendo 3DS XL after the repair in person.

Payment On Collection

Payment can be made by cash or card when you collect, you don't need to pay anything when you drop it off. You are welcome to test your device at our workshop before making payment.
