How Do We Fix It?
We disassemble the Nintendo Switch 2 console, we then test various parts on the mainboard, once we have identified the fault, we carry out the necessary repairs and run a set of comprehensive checks on the console to ensure that all functions are working as intended.

For this repair you would need to bring your Nintendo Switch 2 console.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.

This repair does not require us to wipe data on the Nintendo Switch 2 consoles internal storage. We also do not require the console to be formatted to perform our full range of comprehensive checks.

No booking or appointment is required. We're a walk-in service, and you're welcome to drop off your Nintendo Switch 2 during our opening hours.

Payment On Collection
Payment can be made by cash or card when you collect, you don't need to pay anything when you drop it off. You are welcome to test your device at our workshop before making payment.

Side note: Parking on Burford Road is a bit of a nightmare, don’t do what I did and think you can just nip into the car park of Buzz Bingo round the corner for 5 mins - their minimum parking charge is £10 for 2 hours!

Recently brought my Nintendo Switch in for a charging port replacement after my daughter damaged it with a wrong cable. From the start it was very easy dealing with this this business, received a quick response to my enquiry, arranged a date and was sent a reminder text including details of the address and my time slot. Fantastic service from start to finish. I called in to see if coving had impacted the service but Chris said he was still taking appointments and I got same day service for my Nintendo Switch.
I arrived at 5pm with my Nintendo Switch with a charging issue and Chris suggested that it could be the port, battery or board and that he'd find out I'm about an hour or so.
I went for a walk and 90 mins later I got a call and it was already fixed.
