Very efficient repair of my son’s Nintendo Switch charging port. Friendly service, the guy was upfront about explaining that it might also need another part replacing and how much that would cost. Switch now working perfectly and my son is very happy. Side note: Parking on Burford Road is a bit of a nightmare, don’t do what I did and think you can just nip into the car park of Buzz Bingo round the corner for 5 mins - their minimum parking charge is £10 for 2 hours!

Recently brought my Nintendo Switch in for a charging port replacement after my daughter damaged it with a wrong cable. From the start it was very easy dealing with this this business, received a quick response to my enquiry, arranged a date and was sent a reminder text including details of the address and my time slot. The service itself was prompt with a quick turnaround, about 90 mins so enough time for a quick visit to the Stratford shopping centre. Nintendo Switch since has worked fine and charged without issue, hopefully it will continue to do so. Highly recommend if you need your console repaired with a quick turnaround. Cost was £69.

Absolutely fantastic service. Super quick and easy to get an appointment. My PS4 pro sounded like it was going to take off the fans were so loud, it was overheating every time I used it to game and crashing / switching itself off. I booked it in and within a few days managed to get an appointment and got my console back same day. It's like a new machine now, quiet and not getting hot at all. Very reasonable prices too for how quick and efficient they are. Cannot recommend these guys enough! Will come back if I ever need another console fixed and have told my friends to use them too.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I called in to see if coving had impacted the service but Chris said he was still taking appointments and I got same day service for my Nintendo Switch. I arrived at 5pm with my Nintendo Switch with a charging issue and Chris suggested that it could be the port, battery or board and that he'd find out I'm about an hour or so. I went for a walk and 90 mins later I got a call and it was already fixed. Prices are fair for such a good and fast service.
