What Are The Symptoms?
Common symptoms that your PS4 Pro needs an internal deep clean include loud or constantly running fan noise, the console feeling unusually hot to the touch, overheating warnings or automatic shutdowns, and reduced performance during gameplay. You may also notice the system becoming unstable or games crashing more frequently. These issues are often caused by dust build-up restricting airflow and preventing proper cooling.

Why Does It Happen?
Debris and dust particles accumulate more quickly if the console is used in a dusty environment or left powered on for long periods. Particulate matter is only drawn into the PS4 Pro when the fan is running, so when the console is in rest mode or completely powered off, build-up is minimal. The best way to reduce internal contamination is to keep the room clean and regularly vacuumed. Even in a clean environment, some particles may still enter the console during use, but the amount will be significantly less.

How Do We Fix It?
We fully dismantle the PS4 Pro into individual components and clean each part thoroughly. The old thermal paste is completely removed, and fresh liquid metal is carefully applied to ensure optimal thermal performance. Please note: Liquid metal is a high-performance but potentially risky thermal interface material that requires careful application. It is electrically conductive and may not be compatible with all heatsinks, and its use can affect manufacturer warranties. If you have concerns about the use of liquid metal or would prefer standard thermal paste, please let us know before proceeding. After reassembly, the console is stress tested to verify that it's cooling properly and running reliably.

90 Minutes
If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.
Next Day
Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

For this repair you would need to bring your PS4 Pro console.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Internal Clean
This repair comes with a thorough internal clean. This is important because dust build-up within the console can lead to problems in the future.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
Keep Your Game Saves.
This repair does not involve the internal storage so your game saves and data will be unaffected.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.

Brilliant service,I went in with a loud fan sounded like a jet engine and with a loud buzzing sound that caused the PlayStation to turn off the issues have been completely fixed I can’t even hear that my PlayStation is on now plus I got a warranty with the repairs carried and if that wasn’t enough I got everything completed within 2hours of handing the console over definitely would recommend

Had issues with an original PS4 I bought back in 2015 served me well the last couple Years but the fan went and any time it was turned on it sounded like a jet engine taking off “no joke” the neighbours weren't to happy about this and as you’d expect the blocks group chat was frantic about the incessant jet noise between the hours of 7pm to 12pm long story short I had to blame the noise on the flat next door occupied by a single mum with two young boys. After many complaints from the others tenants, the mum was asked to leave along with her children so naturally after that I needed to get the PlayStation repaired ASAP and the boys obliged!!!!
