What Are The Symptoms?
The PS4 Pro will not power on because the PSU connector on the motherboard has been damaged or forcibly removed. This often occurs when the console is disassembled incorrectly.
This repair is for the PS4 Pro. We have separate repair pages for the PS4(Original) and PS4 Slim.

How Do We Fix It?
The repair includes reconstructing any torn PCB traces, repairing or replacing the PSU connector, reinforcing solder joints, and verifying power delivery through full system testing.

90 Minutes
If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.
Next Day
Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

For this repair you would need to bring your PS4 Pro console.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.

This repair does not involve the internal storage so your game saves and data will be unaffected.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.

Payment On Collection
Payment can be made by cash or card when you collect, you don't need to pay anything when you drop it off. You are welcome to test your device at our workshop before making payment.

Brilliant service,I went in with a loud fan sounded like a jet engine and with a loud buzzing sound that caused the PlayStation to turn off the issues have been completely fixed I can’t even hear that my PlayStation is on now plus I got a warranty with the repairs carried and if that wasn’t enough I got everything completed within 2hours of handing the console over definitely would recommend

Had issues with an original PS4 I bought back in 2015 served me well the last couple Years but the fan went and any time it was turned on it sounded like a jet engine taking off “no joke” the neighbours weren't to happy about this and as you’d expect the blocks group chat was frantic about the incessant jet noise between the hours of 7pm to 12pm long story short I had to blame the noise on the flat next door occupied by a single mum with two young boys. After many complaints from the others tenants, the mum was asked to leave along with her children so naturally after that I needed to get the PlayStation repaired ASAP and the boys obliged!!!! Awesome service!!! Fair price!!! And QUICK!!!! Would recommend!
