PS4 issues. Proper customer service and know their stuff and seem to have a weird system in place where their pricing is actually reasonable and they only charge when they feel appropriate to do so. Fair, professional and good at what they do. Good combination. Highly recommended.

My PS4's fan was extremely loud and the console was overheating all of the time, to the point I couldn't use it. I spoke to Tariq, who was very friendly and informative. They cleaned out all of the external and internal dust and replaced the thermal paste. Since fixing my PS4, it doesn't over heat and it's super quiet. I travelled all the way from south west London because they have a high number of 5 star reviews and because they offer a 12 month warranty (if the same problem occurs). I'm glad I made the journey. It was well worth it. They are more than deserving of a 5 star review. I'd happily return and I recommend you do the same. P.s they answer the phone promptly and they are situated close to Stratford underground station (10-20 mins walk), and extremely close to Stratford High Street D.L.R station (2-3 mins walk).

Excellent service from Tariq at Console Repair London. He was very easy to deal with and managed to repair my PS4 Pro in under 24 hours, including fitting replacement parts, all for a very reasonable price. The console is now running like new, and the new parts come with a 12-month warranty which gives great peace of mind. I got my ps4 thermal paste replaced a few months back, im here to tell you everything is still working fine, he did tell me they had dried up, plus my fan speed and noise has dramaticly reduced, ps4 is staying cool. Thanks a lot mate. Fully recomend

Tariq is the G.O.A.T I took my PS3 for repair because it had blu-ray laser failure and they fixed it up in no time. I would recommend going to Console Repair London for your console repairs. They're local, professional and will take care of your device. If I have issues with any of my consoles, PS3/PS4/PS5 etc, I'm going to them. Once again thank you so much. Great place. I had a loud fan in my PS4 which also overheated every time I played any big game, and the guy fixed it over the weekend very swiftly. Now my PS4 sounds so quiet like the first time I bought it. This is the only place I would trust with my console and it will be the only place I will go for repairs from now on.

Chris is fantastic! Had to replace my HDMI port in my ps4, although a little pricey for the swift turnaround I cannot complain. He also cleaned my console after 6 years of use and I can spot differences in performance which just tells the wonders a deep clean can do to a consoles internals :) Will definitely be recommending this to others!

Went in at 5pm and he predicted it would take around an hour and a half and went back at 6:30pm and it was done. Very efficient and I've had no problems over a week after the fix. No loud fans or overheating messages popping up on my ps4. I would highly recommend using this company. The man who does the repairs is a very nice gentleman and happy I chose to use his service.

Great,great, great! My daughter plays ps4 a lot, so it was no surprise that the fan would over heat. Looked online for someone to repair her ps4 quick and each person i spoke to said it would take a few days to fix.
