What Are The Symptoms?
The Xbox One S is unable to accept discs when they are inserted, or it fails to eject discs when the eject button is pressed. You may also hear unusual noises coming from the disc drive when attempting to insert or eject a disc.

Why Does It Happen?
This issue can be caused by mechanical failures within the disc drive, such as a faulty motor or gears, or electronic issues affecting the drive's ability to function properly. Dust accumulation or debris inside the drive can also obstruct the disc mechanism, preventing proper operation.

How Do We Fix It?
We begin by carefully dismantling the Xbox One S to access the disc drive. A thorough inspection is performed to identify any mechanical or electronic faults. Depending on the diagnosis, we either repair or replace the faulty components within the disc drive. After reassembly, we conduct extensive testing to ensure that discs can be inserted and ejected smoothly and reliably.

If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.
Next Day
Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.
Can Take Longer
In some rare cases, this repair may exceed the estimated timeframe due to the complexity or severity of the fault.

For this repair you would need to bring your Xbox One S console.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
Keep Your Game Saves.
This repair does not involve the internal storage so your game saves and data will be unaffected.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.
