What Are The Symptoms?
The fan does not spin when the console is powered on. The Xbox Series S will suddenly lose power and this will happen very quickly once a game is started. In some cases this happens without any warning, and in other cases a temperature alert appears beforehand stating: 'Your Xbox Series S is too hot. Turn off your Xbox Series S, and wait until the temperature goes down.'

How Do We Fix It?
We remove the faulty fan and then we fully dismantle the Xbox Series S into individual components and clean each part thoroughly. The old liquid metal is completely removed, and fresh liquid metal is carefully reapplied to ensure optimal thermal performance. We then install a fully tested genuine Xbox Series S fan. After reassembly, the console is stress tested to verify that it's cooling properly and running reliably.

If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.
Next Day
Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

For this repair you would need to bring your Xbox Series S console.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Internal Clean
This repair comes with a thorough internal clean. This is important because dust build-up within the console can lead to problems in the future.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
Keep Your Game Saves.
This repair does not involve the internal storage so your game saves and data will be unaffected.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.
