How Do We Fix It?

If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.

Next Day

Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

Can Take Longer

In some rare cases, this repair may exceed the estimated timeframe due to the complexity or severity of the fault.

12 month Guarantee

All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.

Full Check-up

We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
