How Do We Fix It?
We transfer the original logic board (which is digitally linked to the console) from the faulty drive into a genuine Xbox Series X Blu-ray replacement drive. After installation, we run stress tests to ensure both DVD and Blu-ray discs function correctly.

90 Minutes
If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.
Next Day
Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

For this repair you would need to bring your Xbox Series X console.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
Keep Your Game Saves.
This repair does not involve the internal storage so your game saves and data will be unaffected.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.

No booking or appointment is required. We're a walk-in service, and you're welcome to drop off your Xbox Series X during our opening hours.

Drop off your Xbox Series X for repair and collect your Xbox Series X after the repair in person.
Payment On Collection
Payment can be made by cash or card when you collect, you don't need to pay anything when you drop it off. You are welcome to test your device at our workshop before making payment.
