What Are The Symptoms?
If your Xbox Series X has accumulated dust, it's highly recommended to have it professionally serviced. Dust build-up inside the console restricts airflow, preventing it from cooling properly. This can cause the system to run hot, increasing the risk of component failure and costly repairs. The critical areas to clean are the PSU and the APU heatsink fins. These areas are not accessible without completely dismantling the console into individual parts.

Why Does It Happen?
Dust builds up more quickly if the console is used in a dusty environment or is left powered on for long periods. Dust is only pulled into the Xbox Series X when the fan is running, so when the console is in rest mode or completely powered off, dust accumulation is minimal. The best way to reduce dust build-up is to keep the room clean and regularly vacuumed. Even in a clean environment, some dust may still enter the console during use, but it will be significantly less.

How Do We Fix It?
We fully dismantle the Xbox Series X into individual components and clean each part thoroughly. The old thermal paste is completely removed, and fresh thermal paste is carefully reapplied to ensure optimal thermal performance. After reassembly, the console is stress tested to verify that it's cooling properly and running reliably.

If you would like your repair completed within 90 minutes, we offer this for an additional fee of £25. This service is first-come, first-served.
Next Day
Our standard service is next day by 1PM. You can bring the console in anytime during the opening hours and it will be repaired and ready for collection by 1PM the following day. There is no extra charge for our next day service and it is always available.

For this repair you would need to bring your Xbox Series X console.
12 month Guarantee
All of our repairs come with a 12 month guarantee. This starts on the date that is printed on the customer receipt and finishes 12 months later. In the unlikely event that the same fault reoccurs, we will fix it again free of charge. If repair is not possible then a full refund will be offered.
Internal Clean
This repair comes with a thorough internal clean. This is important because dust build-up within the console can lead to problems in the future.
Full Check-up
We extensively test consoles both before and after repairs. If additional problems are found, we will always contact you before carrying out any work on the console. We will never charge you for work you haven't agreed to.
Keep Your Game Saves.
This repair does not involve the internal storage so your game saves and data will be unaffected.
No Fix No Fee
If your console is beyond repair or the repair would be uneconomical then there is no charge at all.
