Highly recommended they working really professionally I took my ps5 hdmi socket was not working and they forgot to put one screw back I called them; very next day they take it back my ps done straight away and refund £10 as a apologies

Initially came in looking to get my PS5 deep cleaned as it kept overheating fairly often - took it on-site where they diagnosed that it was due to a faulty heatsink. I received an explanation and they showed me how the heatsink pipes might’ve cracked. I really appreciated this as it helped to give me a clearer picture of what had happened and also how they intend to repair the issue. They were friendly and answered all my questions professionally - I recommend these guys and would go back to them again for any of my console issues ! I’d like to give a big thank you to Tariq who helped me throughout the whole thing.

I had a Ps5 controller that developed the usual stick drift problem, wanted to fix and upgrade the analog sticks, really good pricing points in all fairness, for the work done, even better I was able to go to the establishment and drop it off and pick it off compared to other companies that require to send it in the post, dragging out the time scale of it all. It was a 24 hour repair, but they called a couple hours earlier to say it was done early! I have zero complaints, value the service received and already considering further upgrades in the future. Just to help with peoples confusion if visiting, the Google maps photo shows a red door, there's nothing to advertise the business on the footpath or on the building, you need to go through the red door, left and lift up 1 floor or stairs 1 floor, left down the corridor and it be on your left(I say this because it took me 15 minutes to realize the way in is as described push don't pull the red door) if the red door is locked and there's no staff, best bet is to call them.

The PlayStation 5's disc drive gave out for some reason and when looking across town for firms who would do the repairs, there were not that many. Took a chance on this company and I was very glad I did. Despite travelling across town on the tube to reach them, not only did they fix the issue, they did it in no time at all. I paid for 90 minutes turnaround as didn't want to go back the next day and it was less time than that even! Plugged back in the PS5, and every disc works again as expected. They explained although they do charge more than others they will use the proper orginal disc laser assembly and drives for repairs wheras others cheapen out. Top class service, happy to recommend to all.

Absolutely stunning work. Fast professional and constantly kept me updated. I wanted to wait a while before making a review to see if the repairs lasted and it was amazing. I came in for an ethernet port fix and the kind gentleman not only fixed my ethernet port but was kind enough to spot and issue with my HDMI and fix it for free. He also cleaned my PS5 amazingly no more overheating or heating issues. This place is amazing an deserves all the hype. No complaints, my son's PS5 kept switching off in the middle of playing, young guy took my son's PS5 and did a deep clean to fix overheating, got it back the same day, it's been two days and there have been no problems with the PS5 so far. It also comes with a 12 month warranty so happy with the service.

One morning, after I cleaned up the Xbox area, the HDMI port was a bit damaged, the pins were broken. I googled it and found this repair shop, it has real good rating and the price is very transparent. I WhatsApped them before I went, the communication was smooth. Follow google map, then you’ll find yourself at Stratford workshops, a converted co working space. The repair shop is in one of the units, one level up and follow the sign, walk through the corridor, you’ll find the sign. It isn’t a very big shopfront, it is a rather compact unit. There are many tools and a couple of PS5 consoles on the desk waiting to be fixed. The repair guy greeted us, not overly enthusiastic but very polite and professional. He seemed to know what he was doing. The price was £79 as of late May 2026, we paid extra £25 to get it fixed within the same day. The guy rang us and let us know when the machine was fixed. Upon collection, he showed us that the Xbox was working. We paid at collection total £104. Very professional workman and shop. Will recommend.

Great same day repair service for ps5 which had lost the visuals. Dropped at around 1130am and could collect from around 4pm. Transparent updates including videos throughout with clear explanation of what needed fixing. Would recommend

I found this place following a Google search for Playstation 5 repairs after my console suddenly stopped reading Blu Ray and 4K discs. Having never used such a service to get a console repaired, I was a little skeptical. But after reading positive reviews on here that are old and new, I thought I would give it a go. I was very glad that I did! The warehouse can be a little tricky to find but it is a unit within a building after a short walk from Stratford station; or even closer to Stratford High Street station on the DLR. If you’re having trouble finding the actual workshop, you can just call the number on their website and someone will guide you. The engineer who took my console was very friendly and fully walked me through what they would do, as well as a full breakdown on prices. It’s also great that they offer a “no fix, no fee” policy, meaning that if they cannot fix your console, you don’t have to pay a fee. The engineer advised me that he wouldn’t be able to look at it on that day, but said that it should be done the next day and he would give me a call the next afternoon to update me. He was true to his word! The next afternoon I received a call to say that he wouldn’t charge me the optional cleaning fee that I had agreed to as my console was pretty much free from dust. I really appreciated this and thought it was very honest, as perhaps other companies could just charge you for this to make an extra buck! A little while later that day, the engineer called me back to say that he unfortunately could not repair the disc drive due to circumstances out of his control. I was gutted but I thought it was no fault of the company or engineer. Thankfully, five minutes later, he called back to say that he took a shot in the dark and tried one last thing and it worked! My console was fixed! I was so glad that he persevered and tried everything he could, and now I have a working PS5 once again! I went to collect it a few days later due to a TFL tube strike. With generous opening hours, I was able to make it there before they closed for the evening. The engineer was very friendly and walked me through what he had done and I then paid the fixed fee that was even advertised on their website, so there were no hidden fee surprise charges! The company even offers a 12 month guarantee, so if the part fails again within 12 months, I can just take it back and have it repaired again for free. This review is quite lengthy but has certainly been written unprompted and by me, a human. I really wanted to give this company and the engineer the full credit it deserves as I had a seamless and positive experience, and I would certainly recommend and use them again if necessary. He said the problem was immediately apparent on opening up the console, lots of dust inside and all over the motherboard. It's been 17 days and the console runs perfectly, no issues at all, plus the 12 months warranty the service comes with as standard. What an experience. Traveled longer way to get my PS5 repaired and what excellent choice I made. Tariq is a Gentleman and a scholar. What he promised he delivered, kept me up to date with all the progress and as repair was delicate and required more time he stayed 2 extra hours after the closing time to finish the job. What a dedication to the customers. All I can say thank you and if I need repair in the future, I know where to go.

Tariq was really helpful and patient explaining the issue with my PS5, which began overheating and crashing while playing the new Call of Duty (a heatsink issue apparently). I had a fix within one working day on my original model PS5 and then paid for the extra clean, as he showed me there was more dust inside, which I couldn't access myself despite cleaning a few months before, so the issue was likely to happen again. He also installed my PS5 extended storage for free. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Console Repair London, we spoke about their service vs CEX, and I think this was better overall given the ability to ask questions in person, the quick turnaround, and some other mixed reviews I heard. Overall great service, thanks so much.

I had an overheating issue, which made my PS5 unusable. Luckily i found Console Repair London. Extremely friendly, knowledgable and professional. I paid for the 90 minute turnaround as i was in a rush, they had it done quicker than the 90 mins. Dropped the ps5 at 08:30 and was ready before 10am. I have booted up the console at home and the issue has been resolved, also my ps5 is now silent again like when i first bought it. Highly recommended if you have a console issue! Right I travelled across London to get my ps5 fixed, n imma be honest this man! This man is a legend he fixed my console in just under 90 mins and he told me what the issue was!
