We also offer a 90 minute repair service for a small additional fee (first-come, first-served).

What an experience. Traveled longer way to get my PS5 repaired and what excellent choice I made. Tariq is a Gentleman and a scholar. What he promised he delivered, kept me up to date with all the progress and as repair was delicate and required more time he stayed 2 extra hours after the closing time to finish the job. Tariq was really helpful and patient explaining the issue with my PS5, which began overheating and crashing while playing the new Call of Duty (a heatsink issue apparently). I had a fix within one working day on my original model PS5 and then paid for the extra clean, as he showed me there was more dust inside, which I couldn't access myself despite cleaning a few months before, so the issue was likely to happen again. He also installed my PS5 extended storage for free. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Console Repair London, we spoke about their service vs CEX, and I think this was better overall given the ability to ask questions in person, the quick turnaround, and some other mixed reviews I heard. I had the 90 minute HDMI Repair £110
When I dropped it off we had a chat were he recommended I get my PS5 serviced because it was very dusty....
So he nicely said if I Had service at the same time it will only cost £39 instead of £79
So £139 HDMI PORT AND SERVICE AND DONE IT IN 55 Minutes.
So drop ps5 off went cafe time I had breakfast and coffee call back was all done to pick it up... ( wile you wait )

Place a bit hard to find as google maps is messed up in that area, calling them is the ricght choice to know where to go. Price for service are more than resonable and the staff seems very professional and ready to provide any explanation, been there to fix my ps5 which now thanks to them works just perfectly, and they even provide a 12 month warranty, dropped it and picked up same day, what else could u ask for.

Firstly the customer service from both Chris and Tariq was exceptional. Both very friendly and almost instantly put me at ease. HDMI port needed fixing on ps5; within the same day I got a call from Tariq saying it was ready to be picked up. I had only dropped it off a few hours prior. Took it home to test it and worked like a charm. For your console needs these guys are definitely the best about. Checked other places for the price of the same fix in my area, almost all are charging higher. Can’t get a better experience than this place ?.
